They definitely come with alternate keycaps [0] or you can get replacements for your language.

My current keyboard has entirely blank keycaps, so it's not like the symbols are even necessary.

My initial comment is awkwardly phrased, it's ridiculous to infer from that that I think keyboards only come in English.

The way it's worded, it does seem genuine and non-sarcastic. Tone tags (like /s) help clarify in these situations.
