Anyone making less than $100k+ can't really afford to live here and even that is cutting it close. I honestly don't see the appeal but I guess some people like it here. This place is like Hollywood but instead of entertainment it's technology.

Hah, yeah like it's really viable to commute from the central valley. :( it takes me 30min to get from 92 to Ralston (2 exits)
