It is the suggestion there be another alt-coin, which uses Ethereum's code (and thus is feature-equivalent), but skips its initial distribution, instead using a point-in-time copy of the evolved Bitcoin distribution. This tactic – or just the credible threat of it – creates an interesting differentiation challenge for feature-based cryptocoins.
