Condé Nast, publisher of the world's highest quality reading experiences both in print and digital formats, seeks an established digital developer, at the mid-to-senior level, with extremely strong HTML and CSS skills to join the Digital Product team in London.

You will be working across the Condé Nast brands to build the next-generation of digital reading experiences, at scale. Some recent examples include:

What we're working on next is even more exciting and cutting-edge, and you will be working on building immersive front-end experiences, using HTML, for websites and apps. You will be collaborating with a passionate and highly-regarded team of designers, information architects , writers and developers in a creative and digitally-focused environment.

Required Skills:

- Hand-crafting semantic HTML using the latest HTML5 techniques

- Writing CSS, and familiar with SCSS

- Building device-scalable layouts with percentage-based sizing and media queries

- Writing reusable Javascript libraries to support UX, and knowing when is best to use them

- Using Javascript to retrieve data and bind it to your HTML

- Templating your output, using a CMS Source control

Exceptional candidates will have experience with:

- .Net and Visual Studio

- Back-end CMS development

- Optimising CSS and javascript for rendering performance

- Mercurial or Git

- Contributing to open source projects
