Department of Goverment Efficiency: Savings (doge.gov)

How much will it cost to repair the damage doge has done, is what I want to know.

I like how it defaults to total contract value and when you click to savings one of the first ones listed has a saving of zero dollars.

Wow, good job doge. Much transparent. Very saving.

edit: AP news suggests 40% of the cancellations have zero savings.

Doesn't cancelling these programs half-way through just ensure that they don't do anything? It might be a sunk cost fallacy, but if you're 80% of the way to fulfill this contract and it is canceled, you're not exactly saving the 20%. It would seem that they're just wasting the 80%

The links into the FPDS system are very interesting. Can see myself going down quite a rabbit hole to analyze the data.

For example, what's this $10M for "Psychological Safety Training Support"? https://www.fpds.gov/common/jsp/LaunchWebPage.jsp?command=ex...

The FPDS system says it's foreign owned LLP registered in NY. Why were we sending them $10M?

Whatever is posted is unreliable.

NBC isn't the only outlet reporting that their "savings" don't add up.
