Cybertruck, hummer EV, Rivian r1T are all driven by old northerners with vacation homes down here in central Florida. Essentially the truck of "I'm well off but have no personality"

Sure, some people are waiting out for a cheaper model - but the sales so far have been 10% of what was expected. That's a disaster. Methinks lowering the prices aren't going to stave off the disaster. Not helping matters any is the value of used Tesla's are tanking - including the CyberTruck.
