What do you do with the data you collect, and why should anybody let you do so?

How does anybody know you won't sell this information or "share" it with "partners"?

Will you say "Judicial warrant or GTFO" if Uncle Sam shows up with a subpoena or a national security letter and demands records?

If my wife and I were in our twenties or thirties, we wouldn't want to use something like this to make appointments with her OB/GYN lest the information be used to police her over healthcare in which neither the state or God Himself has any legitimate interest.

I know that sounds paranoid. I'd agree if the US wasn't looking at another Trump administration and at least two years of Republican control of Congress.

This app is inherently untrustworthy given the political climate.

We collect only what’s necessary to make calls, create tasks, and handle the services you use. No fluff, no unnecessary tracking.

Also, users also have the option to delete history related data quickly at any time (e.g. transcripts, summary, tasks details)

Further, your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and we don’t sell or share it with anyone. Hence, why the service is not free.

Good point about Judicial Warrants, we will implement an autodelete so that if the user didn't delete their data within X days, it gets deleted automatically. Hence, when Warrant comes, we are sorry we don't have the data anymore.

No you don't sound paranoid. I build this app for a personal need initially and also due to privacy concerns. I am too busy and unfortunately health conditions of my son required multiple appointments every week since he was born.

I explored alternative such Virtual Assistants (there are many you can google for them) but I wasn't comfortable with having my data shared with another Human and they make the call on my behalf. You can control server, machine to delete data but you can't know what another human is doing with your data no matter what the company does. Also they were very expensive

Nice.

Have you considered HIPAA compliance, as well?

That's rough, man. I had to be my wife's main caregiver when she had breast cancer, and making sure she got the care she needed wasn't easy.

Yes

I can imagine how hard it was you. It is pretty rough for me also but that's life unfortunately it hits sometimes with much harder that we can support, but need to keep up.
