They did change the terms of the app store a few months ago to say they are entitled to a cut. It was a big story.

And they did change their posture now in that they started demanding the payment.

What prompted the change on the term was a decision on one of those monopoly investigations. But I can't remember if it was the US or the EU one.

There are policies and then there is enforcement.
