Although it's probably the worst article of the three, that one is at least available for people to read, while the ajc.com (i.e. the OP) and thebignewsletter.com (i.e. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=40562834) submissions are not. My private theory is that white collar crime in the US is fine so long as you have over $500M and play ball with the right people. Where you see enforcement is when at least one of those rules aren’t followed.
