A tool that is supposed to be reliable and help and instead hinders an entire company efforts stops being a tool to become a pain in the arse.

Every couple of months we experience this.

And it looks like this is perceived as an "it can happen" event.

I am not pointing my finger at anyone. Just at Atlassian!
