There is a YC startup doing robots for production of solar plants IIRC. Can't remember it's name but they are often on here trying to hire mechanical engineers to build the robots. Not sure if they are just the initial manufacture, or also ongoing maintenance.

Capex might put weight the opex if you are just using robots to clean the panels after construction?
