Agree the analogy is inappropriate and (unintentionally?) deceptive. That is, it's used to make you feel the argument is more correct than it is by borrowing the trust we have in "fancy" ideas from math/physics.

The whole blog _looks_ like a scientific paper with citations, quotes, diagrams and jargon, but none of the arguments made really have any evidence and wind up being circular.
