I wonder if this would help dogs too. Our 1-year old pup has renal dysplasia, and the vet thinks it will significantly impact his lifespan. I would love to find some treatment for him (my understanding is there currently is very little to do).

My wife and I have four cats. There are cats we have lost in the past due to kidney disease (and other complications). We would be very interested in this research.
