I'm not going to respond to you any more as I consider your position too reprehensible to continue engaging with. You are defending the murder of an innocent person and the abuse of government power. It's clearly a bad thing for agents of the government to use threats of extreme punishment to coerce people to accept lesser punishment. Rather than come up with some kind of argument to justify your moral degeneracy you simply keep repeating what happened.

A suicide is not a murder, no matter how little you believe in personal accountability and/or free will.

Crimes should be punished, no matter how little you believe in justice and/or the rule of law.

The life-preserving choice he had every chance to make was simple, no matter how little you believe in the righteousness of admission of clear guilt and/or simply saying what you must in order to move on with life.

These things are all true regardless of your beliefs – or my so-called reprehensibility and/or moral degeneracy.
