We wanted to generate videos of animated code to share some tips on social media, but couldn’t find what we were looking for. The existing services did not offer the kind of animation we were expecting (we wanted a typing animation!) or they were a bit painful to use.

So we made our own, using the great Remotion library (to generate videos with code, using React components).

Hopefully a part of the project will be open source soon! (The code is pretty messy at the moment.)
