Kesslerisation will be a war strategy in WWIII - destroy LEO satellites to create a cloud of orbiting debris preventing the use of non cabled internet on planet earth. It will certainly hamper the efficacy of weapons which depend on satellite guidance. Obviously humanity as a collective goes backwards, so hopefully we never get to the point where a desperate actor pulls this trigger
