This is not going to change anything because the factors which make "sex for rent" a viable model haven't been addressed. This bill will not be worth the paper it's printed on but will generate lots of busywork and virtue-signalling potential for the ruling class, all while the common people continue to suffer from the housing crisis.
True. This generalizes - when there isn't enough of something, only more of it can fix the problem. Rules for regulating what we have might be some small help, but not much, and they would become totally redundant if we had enough of the thing in question.
