You haven't seen them already? The "AI Lawyer", all of the people trying to sell LLMs as search engines, and just generally hundreds of projects that are outright dangerous uses of LLMs but seem like they might be feasible.

I see that comparison pop up quite often, and I really don't see the connection.

Cryptocurrencies have tried since 2009 to present some kind of problem to which they are supposedly the solution.
