My Robotic Mower Woes (bt.ht)

Support and parts are hard to evaluate before a purchase but if it is big enough you should at least try.

Get the parts list if you can (search model number parts or similar) and call support and see if you can order them.

Sometimes you can find price lists online, but be aware that they can be effectively insane (washer costs $500, control board costs $400).

Consider checking eBay to see if parts are sold (this person could sell their mower without the charger for parts, for example).

Naming is important. They called their mower 'Lawna'. Good choice!

My robo-vacuum is 'Puck'.

If I had a mower, hm. Maybe 'Cutter'. Or 'Blade'.

Just woe, really. Just one woe, and, ostensibly, a fairly quick resolution too!

May it have fared better from the lightning strike had it been plugged in? And grounded?
