In the early 2000's, a friend gave me a brand-new Wyze terminal still in the original box. It had an amber display. I mostly used it as an IRC terminal for a few years. It was nice to look at but the keyboard was shit and I vaguely remember hating the font.

I'm sure I gave it away in the end because 10 years ago, nobody would buy anything with a CRT in it, let alone a serial terminal.

Today I'm sure a retro computing enthusiast would probably pay a bit of cash for it.

That's the nice thing about my vt520. It can use a ps/2 keyboard <3. It makes it's lot more viable to use in this day and age.

The keyboard really is the worst part of the vt220. I’d probably use it a lot more if I could use a better keyboard.

Yeah the problem with the 220 is that it's a special keyboard bus. There's probably Arduino-based PS/2 to DEC keyboard bus available.

I think the 320 was one of the nicest ones, it's really compact and has this old terminal look. My VT520 is technically much better but it looks a bit like an old PC monitor :)
