This is incredibly interesting to me as someone who has been in PT on and off for two or three years now for shoulder and neck issues.
I'm sick of it, I want to be done for good. I'm out of PT now but still sore and if I miss a single workout or a massage I get so tight and start having nerve "zaps" again.
