The people you've linked to were all banned on twitter for impersonation, in contravention of a rule that predated Musk's acquisition. They were banned for pretending to be someone they are not, not for making fun

Seems like that point only applies to the first link? More than a couple of accounts I follow have been banned in the last weeks for just making jokes about Tesla or Elon.
But it isnt, I would say, conspiratorial or personal, its just galvanized fan boys reporting accounts. And I assume with the diminished staff they are just airing on the side of banning then going through thorough reviews or whatever. Which is still pretty bad.
