> This radio jockey can play your requested songs, tell you about the weather, and convey the daily news. To give it a more radio like feel, it also tells advertisements (from fictional companies, of course!), conducts a daily QnA with the audience, and tells some "On this day..." facts.

Very interesting and impressive!

Having said that, exactly for this I never cared much for radio.

This looks really cool! One suggestion for a feature since it doesn't seem to be implemented would be to add podcasts that can also be mixed in to the station. There are some podcasts which I find interesting, but not enough that I actually plan to listen to every episode.

What a cool and fun project! It might be cool to integrate spotify preferences--like use clustering to identify what the user likes or dislikes. This would be similar to the "Spotify Daily Drive".

Though I enjoy listening to the radio stations from the Grand Theft Auto series while working and cleaning. I probably wouldn't use Phoenix10.1, because I don't like generated voices. Still the project is a really cool use of generative tools. Thank you for sharing!

Very cool, if you want to go even further with this. You could integrate this using Icecast[1] with Liquidsoap[2] to have a more expansive schedule.

So excited to play with this. I was really into this early startup doing something similar. CapsuleFm - https://youxiberlin.github.io/capsulefm/

Great demo! Probably will set that just to have my own tiny 'Mr. New Vegas' that streams into the void.

Awesome project, congrats! Played with it for a few minutes after fighting with some pip issues. Unfortunately I was looking at playing im with the French TTS, but it is not that great yet. Setting this aside and definitely revisiting it in a few months.

Very charming. Hilarious that the first AI generated ad in the demo is a hotel in a fictional city “known for alcoholism”. If someone could put this in an alarm clock I’d pay a pretty penny for it.

Why would you put fictional ads in personalised radio? A better use of that segment imo would be doing the same thing but grabbing TIL's from reddit and sticking jingle music behind them :P

Very creative project!
