If you're producing good code, it is completely irrelevant how you got there. Whether it was 24 hours, 1 year, 20 years.
Saying you need X years of experience to produce good code is just elitist/gatekeeping.

Sure, if you’re exceptional prodigy who can whip out “good code” (whatever that means) without prior experience then ok.
