I tried Upwork once. Man people who hire from there are generally jerks. Their software tracks what you do for billing (with screenshots) but I didn't figure many people would require you to use it. I was wrong!
Look-busy-as-a-service, I like it! Of course, it seems quite possible that a lot of the output might be perfectly good to just submit as reports that won't be read etc.
