I kinda agree, but more in the sense, that especially most enterprise environments only focus on buzzwords not problems at hand.
DevOps is a means to an end. More deployments, faster build times. I rarely see that. Deployments are still a huge and risky undertaking in the areas where I work (Finance).
In the context of Enterprise "Fullstack DevOps Engineer" simply means: dude/dudess does everything for the same pay and is willing to take the blame if something is not working. ;)
