I can confirm. Also the technology used really counts: with Javascript I got weird error and there are no standard in the ecosystem so I found my self looking on Google and SO all the time. With Ruby, on the other hand, there are better documentation, no weird errors and everything seems so smooth that I visit StackOverflow just once a month.
