It was on the iPad(!) and it was so good that it was like the game (from 1998) was made for it. I could be 100% absorbed for a 10 hour flight, non-stop. It wasn't updated to work with newer iOS versions and has become unavailable. I want that game back.

Can't you find a DOS emulator/simulator for iPad? And play the original game in it.
