Boeing’s Top Chinese Customer Removes 737 Max from Fleet Plans (caixinglobal.com)

What ever happened with that 737-800 that lawn darted in China like 2 months ago. Can I assume total silence means pilot error.

This will be tracked with updates by blancolirio [1] There was another youtuber starting a rumor that a child was in the pilots lap according to audio logs but AFAIK there is no public data to back this up so I would just wait for updates from blancolirio.

Not suprising given Boeing's record with the 737 Max.

The reason given is uncertainty over deliveries, not performance. The 737-max and 787 are stacking up like chordwood in Washington because the FDA won’t release them

I don't think the Food and Drug Administration has anything to do with Boeing...

But seriously, this is not suprising after Boeing killed all those people in 737 crashes. If anything FAA has been too lenient on Boeing.

Reason is bullshit, the opposite is true. They could literally start taking delivery tomorrow, which is highly unusual when ordering an airliner.

The real reason is low public confidence in Boeing in China due to the MCAS incidents and other recent disasters.
