Putin having Parkinson's is far from confirmed. I've watched the supposed videos of his hands shaking and haven't really seen it. He could also just be a heavy user of uppers, like cocaine or amphetamines.
As much as I want to believe he's on the decline, any negative rumor could just be wishful thinking on our part.
