I've commented on a few of these elsewhere in the thread. Each one has a couple differences like self-hostable, having a GUI, various configuration options, but the main thing I'd like to add is how we're moving the project for the long term (and this is again copy/pasted from another comment I added):

Our aim is to really be a "WireGuard controller." You should be able to shut down our server and agents and your network should still run fine, and you should be able to manually modify all your WireGuard interfaces if necessary.

This isn't something that any of those options allow you to do and I think is a fundamental difference in how we're viewing the scope and role of Netmaker.
