Now that I think about it, using your method, User Registration shouldn't get much love because it isused only once and would end up in the bottom right.

Well, it's "All of the Users" so it should get plenty of love. But I wouldn't really describe User Registration as part of an app personally. I was shooting for "all of the features inside the app" here.
You have a marketing website whose purpose is to attract people, help them create accounts and on board them successfully. I'd regard that as a separate project and do one of these out again. You'll find it scores highly there.
