Most people I know in the industry are making 200-250 base plus another 200-300 bonus.

One just got an offer for 200 base + 150 bonus and that is to work 100% from home far away from NYC (for an NYC-based firm).

The 350 remote work offer was from a sell side bank, most are at prop shops or hedge funds.
