My memory of US law is fading. Do any labor lawyers happen to recall that 1920's federal law that was passed because factory workers were passing notes to each other, companies cracked down on it, then a law was passed blocking companies from blocking employee to employee speech? I was going to look it up to see if it pertains to this situation, but I can't for the life of me remember the name of that law.
