I like the engineering effort here but I'm opposed to the content itself. First, I'm not going to provide my name and medical history to access anything on the internet, and probably not much outside the internet either. Second, I fail to see how this will motivate anyone to get vaccinated, it will only further move people into hyper-reactionary tribalism
