I thought there were no CUDA limits on the RTX 3070/3080/3090 cards?

I've got a 3080 from launch and have not noticed any artificial caps or performance issues when doing CUDA-related things.

AFAIK double-precision performance is artificially crippled on consumer RTX cards to differentiate from professional Quadro and Tesla.
