idk but the gunnar glasses I had years ago for gaming that reduce the blue light were fantastic for eye fatigue. Get blue light reduction lenses even with no prescription, it makes a hell of a difference
It's supposed to be better to have light on in the room. You want moderate lighting behind/around the screen. This has something to do with your peripheral vision and the ability of your eyes to focus.
Smaller apertures in optical systems like the eye have a greater depth of field. This means that it is easier to focus when there is more light.
As we get older the lenses in our eyes become less flexible and it is harder for our eyes to focus on closer subjects. This is true even for children when compared to infants.
