Yea, seems like a neat library but I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to turn it on for all stack traces globally. Could see issues like the one you mentioned and others like variables that are secrets that shouldn't be logged.

Or.. I guess for your example you can set a max string length.
max_value_str_len max length of each variable string, -1 to disable, default=1000
