I can't tell from the datasheets and the description. Does this ucontroller have an MMU?

It’s an A9, same as on Xilinx Zynq 7000 series, 32-bit ARM core with full MMU.

No the zynq chips have a cortex-A9, which is armv7, this is armv5. It still does have a MMU.

Oh, my bad, I misread the datasheet, read "A9" where it says "ARM9". Thanks for the correction.

For comparison, the Raspberry Pi 1 had an armv6 core.
