The title feels like clickbait here.

The primary thrust of the article is the author’s concerns with Apple’s practices around tracking and data encryption, with just enough mention of the fact that the MacBook was RMA’d for the battery failure issue to justify the title.


Hmmm, I guess there is no room for creativity in writing blog post titles according to some HN commenters who are calling this clickbait. Perhaps we should all go back to that dry, facts only style of writing that was popular in the west...wait sorry that never happened! I guess my comment was “baiting” you amirite?

Anyway at least my comment was short and sweet unlike this terrible clickbait!! article that made me read a whole minute before setting the hook and telling me something I already knew: Apple products are mostly bombs in one way or another. Such drama! Ohhh
