I've 1Password since the beginning of this year and it's definitely the best utility I've ever used for this problem.

Currently I'm using it on chrome, safari and iOS 4.2 using dropbox sync.

It works like a charme!

Just downloaded KeePass. Going to try it out. If it works, I'm going to start getting my non-tech savvy friends and family members moved over.
