Ask HN: What are the best resources on dirty work for bootstrapping a startup?

==Overview== I am looking for resources that cover the business admin logistics (dirty work) on how to found a business and generate revenue while keeping open the opportunity to get VC funded later.

==Background== Right now I am not in a position to seek any fundraising. My short-term goal is to generate revenue and net profits sometime in the next 12-18 months with a web app & mobile app. My long-term goal is to quit my day job and pursue this thing full time, so I'd like to keep the option open to get funded later. That means doing things now that are amenable to VCs later on. I've asked a couple of questions on getting started with the slant of "Bootstrap-> ??? -> $$$ -> Funded-> $$$". Most notably this question on best startup bank accounts: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=18794459

I think the Y Combinator Startup Library is phenomenal ( https://www.ycombinator.com/resources/ ). However, I think there are some gaps in the start up library if you are bootstrapping. The consensus seems to be is that founders should focus 100% on making the best product possible, but that is not a position I am in unfortunately. I also need to do the business admin. Of course I want to make a great product. For now I want to find a loyal customer base, set up the backend to collect some subscription payments, and then go from there.

==Examples== Below are a few examples of things I am considering doing that I'd like to find some more resources on: * Found a Delaware LLC that can be converted to a Delaware Corporation later on. * Set up an LLC Operating Agreement that takes into account the nature of the business & allows for easy conversion to Delaware Corporation. * Set up the company headquarters in a "Tax Opportunity Zone." * Open a bank account (after setting up the company HQ... I don't think you can use LLC address). * Get a credit card for the company. * Unknown unknowns (I am sure I am missing things that I do not know that I should do).
