My biggest data point is Google.

I'm google.com/profiles/<whatever>, but reached at <whatever>@gmail.com. I suppose Googlers get a <whatever>@google.com email ID.

Similarly for Microsoft.

I suppose AOL and Yahoo! could be counter-points, though...
