It is lies. Exactly that. The thing that gets me is that a lot of it blatantly just doesn't work. You walk in, are sold an ideal, walk out, get to work and find out you're suddenly wading in shit.

But people are totally 100% happy with that in some circumstances. They are happy with lower mediocrity because simply the vendor in question has got away with it for so many years that it is now the status quo.

If I bought a Tesla and it behaved like the average windows machine I'd drive it back through the fucking dealer's window.

Simply I demand better and I demand what I paid for.
