I agree, no one should be the subject of discrimination like that but just because you are, it doesn't give you carte blanche to do whatever you want. It doesn't really matter if he's Jewish, Christian, Muslim or a practicing voodoo witch doctor. He's a billionaire, and as such should have the utmost scrutiny applied to all of his actions.
