Ownership is a combination of possession, control, and enforcement. Blockchain solves the issue with tokens, maybe helps with digital assets, but anything ?
I own my house, for example, because the county records show I own it. But more importantly the county will enforce my ownership and also enforce any related contracts using an armed sheriff.
All that said, I often find myself thinking about this quixotic problem.
Possible that I’m misunderstand your model, but I’ve thought about the topic before, mainly for art and to give artist a means of profiting off the future demand for an orginal work, add in tracking the province, etc.
