Honestly I think those laws are all bullshit too. If people want to be racist assholes they're going to do it anyway and all this does is create work for lawyers. Vote with your minds and wallets and go work for places that treat people fairly and shop at places that do the same.

That's not a valid reason as to whether something is a problem. At one point it was illegal for woman and blacks to vote, did that make it "good" to have those laws?
