If it were a public company, they wouldn't have to leak their financials. It would already be public.



They're public only on quarterly boundaries. Leaks prior to the reports tend to be quite valuable to investors/speculators.


The article states quite clearly that the numbers that were allegedly leaked to them are from last fall.
