That way they will sort to the top. Ideally this will happen on every product review page, as other readers recognize an educated review and mark it as helpful accordingly.

Your clicks probably got discounted as fake, perhaps if you spent enough time on pages showing each review first they wouldn't? I don't truly know how careful Amazon are to filter anomalous upvotes however.
