You might be interested in the Specialized Turbo[1]. It's an improvement over the Greyp G-12 with respect to every criteria you just mentioned.

Looks cool, but I have to say that the video on that site did pretty much nothing to explain to me what the bike is all about.

You're right. That's a fantastically useless link. Here's some reviews:

A little tinkering with the crankset (which, unlike the cassette, looks accessible and nonproprietary) and removal of any speed limiter that might be in place could make for a 50lb machine that easily tops 30mph at a comfortable cadence.

Certainly not all! While I don't have the undying patience necessary to wade through Gwern's entire list of modafinil suppliers[1], it does seem statistically likely that at least one of those is semi-reputable[2] and ships to countries beyond the US. Whether any of them ship to your country is a lower — but still probably finite — probability depending your country's chemical restrictions.

It would be more useful to compare the LoC with the combined text, graphics, and other applicable media of every Wikimedia site.

I feel like the text is the most important part for an encyclopedia. Some images are needed, but not a huge number.

> Could you set up the Hyperboria layer with a built in crypto coin payments system, so people that need to leach of the Hyperboria layer can pay some small amount of Bitcoin or Litecoin and this fee is distributed to the nodes that are carrying the traffic.

Hocnet resembles that:

Hocnet is pretty dead curretly, but the main developer of cjdns plans to implement the Hocnet idea using OpenTransactions.

I think you're thinking of the difference between robusta and arabica beans. Arabica has less caffeine than robusta, and -- at least in America -- more espresso roasts are arabica.

98% of Mindfulness in Plain English is great. Just ignore the parts where they talk about psychic powers. The description of vipassana technique is very well done.

I'd suggest starting with the book Unlearning Meditation instead of any particular traditional technique, but that's just me.

But "On Intelligence" is a subset of "the entire academic AI field". And, for any of its variances from the norm with regards to opinion, it's fairly typical of the "academic AI mindset".
